At Autism Victory, we stand behind the quality of our books, audiobooks, and resources. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

 

 

 

Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

 


Because our eBooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue (such as download problems, playback errors, or missing files), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll gladly resend the files or provide a store credit.

 

 

 

Physical Products (Paperbacks, Bundles, Merchandise)

 


You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

 

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was lost in shipping

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund approval. If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
